[SOLVED] Dashboard won't load - Java Version 1.1.4 from Microsoft Corp

Hello,
I have a client who is running Java Version 1.1.4 from Microsoft. When she attempts to load a dashboard, it loads the header tabs but then hangs up and won't go any further.
On her home computer with Java 1.6.0_11 from Sun, the dashboard runs fine.
Has anyone seen this sort of behavior linked to 1.1.4? I'm hoping to support my theory that the java version is causing the problem.

It is totally unsupported.

For 7.7.0.1 you should be running SUN Java 1.6.0_17

Read the installation documentation. It's all there.
