Hello,

I'm trying to do an alert report and schedule it through Report Caster. If I run my report "standalone" from Dev Studio. It's working.

It's in domain A. When I add it in report caster and run it, nothing is running, no log, no error.

I copy it in domain B which has already some alert report scheduled, change the task in caster and then I have a log !

What's wrong with my domain A ?

Does the userid you are using to run the job in reportcaster have access to the domain? Are you using a variable userid or a static id?

Yes I'm using an administrator account. It has access to all domains. This is a static id.

I consulted with internals and was suggested that this one should be debugged with a case with Information Builders' Customer Support Services. To open a case, please either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.
