Kindly Help. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,
i use the caster also to create holdfiles (focus files). To see an output in the email, i run a count on the created holdfile and this will be shown in the email from the caster, so i see that the file was created.
Have a nice weekend!!

Like Christian, I use ReportCaster to create .FOC databases each night. At the end I run a routine that counts the number of segments input and I store the result in a separate Focus database. Then I run a table request against that database - the result of which sits in my e-mail first thing in the morning. This not only tells me that the job ran, but a quick look shows if the results are consistent with past runs.
