Define larger storage and retry the procedure.

And if you really really want to provide your own message all of the time, then you could decide to go to the directory home/nls of the server. This contains a number of files with the extension .err. One of those is fog004.err, which contains, for example, the explanation of the FOC206 error. Be aware, if you go this way, your changes will be overwritten with the next release tou implement...
