Can anyone point me in the direction of what this error message means?

(FOC37001) INTERNAL ERROR: Failed to open LW MFD with root segment 1

? 37001 didn't give me much help. Maybe if I knew what LW means it will make sense? Thanks!

Have no idea.

Suggest opening a case with TechSupport.

What is the data source ?
Is it a single segment master or clustered ?

Symptom


(FOC37001) INTERNAL ERROR: Failed to open LW MFD with root segment 1

Problem


User receives the error message above running a focexec that contains several ON TABLE HOLD FORMAT FOCUS commands

Solution


This issue occurred due to internal code tightening that requires multiple HOLD files to have a unique AS [filename] names. There were several ON TABLE HOLD AS [filename] FORMAT FOCUS in the request, but one that was a ON TABLE HOLD FORMAT FOCUS. This ON TABLE HOLD was causing the error and it was solved by changing it to a ON TABLE HOLD AS [filename] FORMAT FOCUS.
