We recently switched from the 'Windows Classic' theme of XP to the 'XP Standard' or as it is better known 'Teletubby' Theme.
This was at the request of a Director who wanted the company to look more modern and was thus carried out without consulation or testing.
What we have found in webfocus is that the play, reset etc buttons at the bottom of the amperautoprompt panel have lost the icons that appear within them eg the light blue VCR play button.
Help! Has anyone else had this problem. Does anyone have a noo-noo to sort this out?

Apart from the fact that most viewers wouldn't know what the "TellyTubbies" are / were, how do you know the names? (I only found out after I checked via google ).
Right click on the buttons for the context menu and ensure the path for the image (in the properties) is able to be found when entered into the address bar of internet explorer or your favourite browser. If this gives the backgorund picture in your browser window then you will need to check out other reasons. If I think what they might be I will reply again
Have a great Xmas break!!!

You didn't say, but if you place that in the browser address, does it show OK? If it does then it is unlikely that it is due to a windows configuration issue(?) but could be due to some dasterdly code within the autoprompting scripts?

I just noticed that in your profile you have XP as your end user platform. That being the case then you should look at this on Microshaft support site.
Basically you need to change the four script tags within [yourserver][/installdir]/ibi/WebFOCUS76/ibi_html/javaassist/ibi/html/describe/autoprompt.xsl so that backgroundImage= reads background= and you should(?) now see your images as required.
Don't forget to recycle your web application server (tomcat in your case - according to your profile )
Good luck
