i have 2 questions. I am using excel 2000 and the "boder" for the table is not working . can any one please tell me how to do in excel 2000. next question, i have a report in excel with 2 tables one after other. I am using "ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXL2K OPEN NOBREAK" and "ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXL2K CLOSE" to get the report in one excel file. In first table i have 3 columns and in 2nd i have only one column. I want the 2nd table column to have 3 cell in excel to merge and show the data .
For your first question, reFOCUSing is right that, the BORDER and GRID options are not available for EXCEL formats -- they are primarily intended for use with HTML and PDF formats. This document may be of interest: Using BORDER and GRID for EXL2K format worksheets
For your second question, can you please post a sample code so we can take a look at what you are trying to do?
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Kerry
