Hi Team,

Have a look at the output of this fex:

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT DEALER_COST SEATS SALES
BY CAR
ACROSS MODEL
END

You will see that the Model goes across, with three columns under each model type; Dealer_cost, seats and sales.

Have a look at the output when this is set as an EXL2K PIVOT:

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT DEALER_COST SEATS SALES
BY CAR
ACROSS MODEL
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXL2K PIVOT
PAGEFIELDS COUNTRY
CACHEFIELDS RETAIL_COST TYPE
END

There is now only one column for the Across Models, and the three data fields are stacked right next to the last BY field.

If I right click on the Data button, go to Order and select Move to Column, then we have the same format as the first fex. This is the desired output.

How do I fix this issue?

Cheers,

Joey

I believe there is no way. I have this open as an IBI Case "New Feature Request"

(Prod: WebFOCUS 7.7.03: Win 2008 & AIX hub/Servlet Mode; sub: AS/400 JDE; mostly Self Serve; DBs: Oracle, JDE, SQLServer; various output formats)
