I have checkboxes to select CAR,COUNTRY and MODEL.The field checked should be excluded from the report. Is there any way to do some sort of Dynamic Commenting

Put each field you are printing on a separate line preceded by an amper variable that would be '-*' if the box was checked and a space if it was not. You might have to use the .EVAL operator too.
