Running Webfocus 5.3.3 - webfocus is installed as a user ID...with pass-thru security(I think).

how can we limit users to be able to run/exec/update fex'x in the application folders, under the dataservers Icons...

there are several applications listed underdata server ...what I am looking for is a way to be able to limited a users access to only a particular application.

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

I am assuming that you are referring to UAS/MRE. First only Administrator and Developers should have access to Data Server Section each requires a different license with IBI. Administrator have access to all applications and Developers can be given access to individual domains. I think that would be what you need. Users generaly do not have access to Data Server.
