There have been several older answers to this question, but I can't seem to get those solutions to work and didn't want to bump an old post from six years ago.
I'm interested in defining WebFOCUS as a language in NotePad++. I've copied and pasted some of the old example XMLs, but when I try to import those into NotePad++ i get the 'Fail to Import' error.
At one point in this process, I saw a message which pointed to the HTML tags having to be in a different format to import correctly.
Is there anyone out there that has a viable solution to integrating the WebFOCUS language with NotePad++? Would you be willing to share it and a few brief instructions on how to import these settings into NotePad++?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! This message has been edited. Last edited by: <Kathryn Henning>,

Place the XML file in [drive:]\users\[username]\appdata\roaming\notepad++ rather than import it - or merge the contents with your existing one if you do not wish to lose it.
