I am trying to help one of my InfoAssist Users that reports: “When I goto the My Reports Link it says its loading my reports but it just gives to an XML error message and wont load my reports.” I asked for an attachment of the whole error, or the text of the error, but got back: “Well now after trying 6 times I don't get the error, but no report show up and I am not sure how to get to them.” I verified their user folder in the IBI repository is empty. Any idea what can be cause of these symptoms?
