Having the report gui in html created using the webfocus. Its error out for one of the dropdown box in the parameter screen due to the parameter has astrix "*" in the data like 'D457-UDSDDF**-000'. It shows up the error on the statusbar "unexpected quantifier" and page couldn't able to load. Is any of IBI javascript looking for the astrix character like "*" or "/" and where can able to change it. Since running the report has no issues with this kind of data only the parameter population has issue, FYI - parameter population also done using executing fex and holding into file.
Currently this is in unit testing and we have to soon move it to production by next week. So pls. let us know to resolve this issue.
