I have a user who when he accesses the BI Portal front screen all he gets is a blank screen. This is occurring on IE 9.0 and Chrome. The title tab on his browser is showing BI Portal but all that comes up on the main body is a blank screen. I have checked all of his browser security settings including Javascript and Active X and they all seem to be correct


Are there any additional settings I should be checking either on the broswer or Webfocus side?

It's not an acutal file or HTML page/file. It's the URL to our BI portal splash page, where it lists all the individual portals and content folders that he can't display. He isn't getting any access denied messages

I see this is happening often after we upgraded to 8.0.0.9.

We are seeing this as well. 8.1.0.3. Is it a java versioning issue?. We are using either 7.71 or 7.71 java
