Hi,

I am trying to send email with an attachment. But it fails to search the file in the folder if the file name has uppercase letters.

My file name is ABC.txt

DM log shows as below

EDAMAIL: FILE abc not found.

if I rename ABC.txt to abc.txt it works. But I dont want to rename it.

Any suggestions how to use EDAMAIL for attaching files with uppercase letters in its name.

rboya, you might check to see if FILECASE is set. We are Linux so we force all file names to lowercase with SET FILECASE=LOWER in edasprof. But if your servers are Windows servers, I wouldn't think that case matters. ABC.txt should be the same file as abc.txt. In Linux/UNIX they are not, but it shouldn't matter if your servers are Windows servers.
