[SOLVED] Combine two hold files, NOT JOIN.

I have two hold files that have the same structure, but I'm attempting to combine them as one. The data is not related so JOIN is not an option. I might be overthinking this. I basically have two hold files and I want to do a MORE between, but I need the results placed into another HOLD file. I've tried different combinations with no luck.

SUM COL1
BY COL2
BY COL3
ON TABLE HOLD AS MYNEWHOLD

MORE
TABLE FILE HOLDFILE2
