The answer to your questions is, it is not possible for another user to see your schedule and jobs. Only the ReportCaster administor can see and run your jobs.

you can have your administrater set up a generic reportcaster id that can be shared by folks that help support an application. That way others can run your jobs when your not in the office. We do it all the time.
