I need to create a new domain in MRE but when I right-click on the Domains folder the "New Domain" option is grayed out. What needs to be done so that I can create a new domain?

To be able to create new Domains you must be a MRE administrator.
The greyed out icon strongly suggests that you do not have the correct authorization level in the system.
