i have created a html page via developer studio...and i have some auto population over there through master file and chaining.

Now when i am acessing my lauch page via url, all coming except the values in the dynamic drop box.

any clue/patch/trick, to help it come in browser ??

My developers often have the same problem. The issue has to do with where the master is. If it is not in the application path for the default user, then you will have to modify the IBIAPP_app variable in the launch page to add the directory where the master is.

IBIAPP_app="dir1 dir_where_mfd_is"

We have a saying here that it is always about pathing.
