I am trying to find out where the Web Server Connection URL is stored when using the Quick Data add-in. If possible, we'd like to prepopulate that entry so our end-users don't have to type it in when they first launch the add-in. Documentation says "After you correctly enter a Web Server URL, the next time you use WebFOCUS Quick Data, that information is already displayed.", so it must be cached somewhere, but I can't find it. Any help is appreciated.
Dev Studio 7.6.4 Web Server AIX Database SQL Server
The comment from product management: In that workstation, if Excel Quick Data is not registered or ADDed INto Excel, the same error appears when refreshing data.
So make sure they see the WEBFOCUS menu in Microsoft Excel. If not, then please have them do so.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Kerry
