I would like to upgrade our environment from WebFOCUS 8080 to 8104. In order to do this I need to download an install from the techsupport site.

After I log in I found the place where I can download the file, but there are two versions:

Linux Kernel-2 6 18-glibc-2 5 and up x86 64 64bit
Linux Kernel-2 6 32-glibc-2 6 and up x86 64 64bit

How can I tell which of these files I should download?

Last time I did this, I checked the OS for details and then googled for details.

I believe I discovered how to do this, and I wanted to post a message in case it helped anyone else.

I logged onto the portal tool, and I expanded Reporting Servers to display my reporting server. I then right clicked on my reporting server which brought up a menu. I clicked on the Reporting Server Console menu item. This brought up my Reporting Server Console.

On the right side of the screen I clicked on the Help dropdown. I clicked on the Version menu item.

The information I needed was listed to the right of the Support Sys field.
