There is a CPU limit that can be set in the reporting server console. It is under Configuration/Data Services/Default. The setting is the max number of CPU seconds consumed before the agent is terminated. This time seems to be cumulative. This is important relative to the agent-refresh parameter, so I'd be careful about setting this too low.
