Bookmark this page for all your graph requirements. It is the Perspective for java Programmers manual and is basically what WF uses for the graphing control.

My problem is that if i change my text in the tooltip thats the text which comes in the legend as well. Wasnt able to find any info oon how to change that,.

I think you'll find that the text that is used for the legend is propogated into the tiptools as a default - not the other way around.

So knowing that, look at changing the tooltip text This page might help.

I saw that but it did not work. It did not get propagated into the tool tip text. Any settings that need to be changed?

Sometimes you need to work around the area of the controls to locate the set (and it is never a single) that will do what you want. Don't give up at the first hurdle, look further into it otherwise you'll never move forward.

However, try this in your code. Change the second false to true to see the developer tooltips -

setToolTipDisplay(true);
setToolTipMode(false);
setDeveloperToolTip("Developer");
setUserToolTip("User");

I get Developer in the tool tip but that is only if i use ON GRAPH SET GRAPHEDIT ON
Can i get it in case i have it as SERVER?
