I have created a Visual Discovery dashboard. It displays and works properly on my screen. However, the graphs do not display on another machine I'm looking at. I just get the red X. Any ideas? I've played around with the ActiveX setting on the IE browser to no avail. I've also confirmed that the machine has the latest version of Java. Any other ideas?

Do you work with a thick or thin client?

I'm pretty sure it's a thick-client setup.

I think they have to have a VisDis user license and the controls need to be installed/downloaded to their machine.
