Hi, Do we have the Sub Tabs Functionality in BID..? I have seen tabs but not sure about the Sub tabs within a tab...

WF 7.7 allows you to build html pages with tabs in them. You can use that feature to create a set of tabs within a tab of a Dashboard.
For prior versions I code them in with iFrames in an html page. It sounds daunting at first but it's pretty straightforward once you get the gist of the first one. It gives you a lot of control over the look as well.

There is no subtab functionality directly in BID. However, you could create your series of pages (your subtabs) in the HTML Composer using the tabs there. When you put that page into your BID, they will be subtabs.
