I am trying to run a report and I get this error "Failed to init STP". Could some one please help with this error? Thanks

There are a couple of reasons that this could be happenning:
1. Check for directory settings permissions during
installation. Set the NTFS permissions as documented on page 3-17 and 3-18 of the "WebFOCUS Security and Administration manual (
http://documentation.informationbuilders.com/masterinde...52/wf_security52.pdf).
2. Check the ibi\client52\conf\bin\edaserve.cfg
make sure the path specified for EDAHOME is correct.
3. Check ibi\client52\conf\web\cgi\ibiweb.cfg
make sure edaconf is correct.
