I have drilldowns (stages) within my report(s). How do I retrieve the value on a field in 3rd drilldown, if originally I am summing on that field in 2nd drilldown?
Tried adding the field separately and making it "invisible", but my 2nd drilldown no longer displays as count(s).This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,
You can pass any kind of value to the next level drilldown, whether you use it in that level or not. And from that point forward it is just another & variable, which you can pass on to the next drilldown procedure and to the next and to the next and ... Just be sure to enclose the &variable in quotes when pasing it on, like: FOCEXEC=SOMEFEX(PAR='&VARIABLE')
