Can i know whether anyone implemented Auto complete/search functionality in Double list.
Please explain how?

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to accomplish. You can dynamically populate the left side of a double list box based on pointing to a master file field name or running a fex but I don't understand the autocomplete / search requirement.
