Our site is setup to access Self Service via a web link. Does any one know what access/setting is required to enable the user to access the link?

We have tried to compare the settings of this particular user with other (who can access the link) but doesn't seems to find any different...

The code for the Self Service link is as below:

I can see 2 typo's in the href:
The square opening bracket should be a normal bracket and the java_script call should be javascript (without underscore), like::
