I don't know if this is what you are talking about...but if you go on the Distribution Tab and when you select Send all repots as attachement there is a button there called Message...and you can put a message there.

Something else not quite right then. If you're distributing something to a printer, Report Caster doesn't send anything that says "Please see attachment"

That's what I was thinking, too, so I looked at the printer setup menu to see what the default was for that printer, but it's set to none. It must be coming from RC.

I had a little "warm-up" routine that sent a small print to a printer that took a long time to get going in the mornings (a bit like me ). This was sent via RC and never had the "Please see attachment" symptom of which you speak. I can't see anywhere in RC that could cause what you state.
