Hi,

We tried to use DB2Connect to connect to our AS400 which holds JDEdwards table with long name but it fails because of the character limitation on the table name while creating the synonym.

Is anybody using DB2Connect to create synonym for long table name? Is that working for you?

Already we spoke with IBI and their thought is we can't get this work. Before posting this issue here, I didn't know that.

May be if you can find out which version will have this fix, that could be great.
