I think.
When I demoed RA on a laptop the popup window to enter the selection criteria did not open wide or tall enough to see everything and consequently could not enter the data field or press the OK button.

When I went into control panel, java, I see a bunch of versions from 1.5.0_06 to 1.6.0_11.

I also had a problem with another computer and suspect the issue is the same.

The bottom line is, is the issue JAVA and do I need to worry about this for every computer I roll RA out to?

Well after much testing and discussion it was decided that the offending computer is the problem. Many other computers and versions of JAVA were tested successfully.
The correct JAVA version is essential, but higher maintenance levels should work.
So we decided to close the case until the condition occurs again.
