I'd like to update the default images on our BI Portal. I'd like to update the image in the window in the middle. I've replaced the Welcome_Page_WF, Welcome_Page_WF_noTXT and Welcome_Page_WF_infoDis images, restarted apache/wf services but the old images are still there.

Any tips? Am I going about this the wrong way?

You may want to try stopping the Tomcat service then delete the \ibi\tomcat\work\ibi_apps directory and restarting the tomcat service. You might also need to clear your browser cache.

Unfortunately, that didn't do the trick. My directory structure is a bit different so I deleted \ibi\tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost\ibi_apps. Not sure if that's materially different from what you suggested.

Any other thoughts?

That makes me wonder if I needed to clear that directory out. What do you think?

Sorry for that, you deleted the correct directory. You probably didn't need to but it won't hurt anything it is the tomcat cache directory and gets recreated every time Tomcat restarts if it doesn't exist.
