Hi, could anyone show me how to define the format of 'SALES' in the "BY TOTAL SALES AS 'Total Sales'" statement? Currently, the SALES is D20.2 and I want to make it D20.1. Thanks in advance for your suggestion.

TABLE FILE CAR
SUM
SALES
RANKED AS 'Rank' BY TOTAL HIGHEST 100 SALES
BY COUNTRY
BY TOTAL SALES AS 'Total Sales
ACROSS MODEL
.......

Simon,

Use the DEFINE command before your TABLE command... and maybe also read the book...

Thanks Danny,

Thanks for the suggestion. I guess i wasn't thinking the right way. I was thinking something like

BY TOTAL SALES/D20.1

and did not think about the define option. So, anyway i have already used the define command and it is working. Thanks!
