I am using WF 8203 with IA and Insight. I have an issue with Export Data. We have graphs that you click on the Insight icon and it opens up great and you can Filter, change look etc.. just fine. When I select the Export Data, it comes up in Excel with error message. It says "Excel cannot open the file 'chart.xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file." I've tried changing the graph to the Table format and I get the same error message. What might I be doing wrong, and how can I fix this? Any suggestions? Or do I open a Case? Thank you. This message has been edited. Last edited by: FP Mod Chuck,
I just tried InfoAssist report with the Excel(xlsx) extension. It does Run but when it comes into Excel it has a Warning: "We found a problem with some content in 'bluhbluh.xlsx. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes." I click Yes, and it opens in Excel. I get all data in Excel.
