Hi I was wondering if there's a way to share my reports across all users of the same domain not under folder, but to a different folder - Example some of my reports to be saved/shared to "Financial Report", others to "Marketing Reports". I see that when I check the "Share Report" option under the properties tab for my reports, the report gets saved in "Shared Reports" folder in the same domain. However, I'd like all the shared reports to be seggregated into several folders which could be accessed by other users (who belong to the same domain). Please advise!

Our finance users (belonging to the same domain)have a number of reporting objects, separated into different folders or sub-groups, which they use to create reports that they share among themselves. When they share a report, it appears in the folder that contained the reporting object upon which it was built. If you approach it this way then it would probably work. Otherwise, you're trying to do something NOT provided by the standard functionality of MRE and the answer is probably NO.

Hi Darin Thanks for your response! I am not able to copy my reports (fex and HTMs) to a Reporting Object group. Does this mean that I'll need to create new reports within each group? I'm fine with having different groups in a Reporting object and this sounds like a good idea. However, I'd want to somehow import all my reports or copy them within the Reporting Object group. Any thoughts?
Thanks Syed
