Good morning guys.

I have a pretty straight forward question. I am an administrator here at my place of work but I can not see ReportCaster files created by different individuals. I should have full access. Where do I confirm that I have full access to view all Reports. I need to make a change to one of our reports and when other individuals are out, I can not because I can not see them. This has to be a security setting.

I am at a loss trying to find it. Where is this setting.

From the web interface under the Administraton menu choose Mode Manager. That will expose all other users content including ReportCaster.
