I have forwarded this on to my colleagues in London. Do you see this as something that will be useful for people just getting their feet wet with WebFOCUS?

Hi Eric,
As always, it depends upon the goals of the individual. Although, as a customer, I attended when I could as I saw it a great way of meeting a wider peer group and also finding out how other companies were using the products.
If your colleagues are planning on attending then I would urge them to register soon as there are only 5 weeks to go (Monday is a bank holiday here - and no, not because it's "star wars day" ). Also get them to introduce themselves to me, I invariably have my laptop with me so can explain their questions or point them to the best person for their query.
If they do not think that UK Summit is for them, then maybe the re-formed User Group may be the event for them? The next one will probably be in October.
