I have a field that is defined as A3968. When I create my report in EXCEL the field is truncated and can not be printed in its entireity. My guess is I only need about 2000 characters of the 3968 but it seems to be truncating somewhere around 1200 depending on spaces and how the data was entered. Any sugestions?
Thanks

Duane

Duane,
split it into 3 fields;
but first, how many characters can your version of excel hold in a given cell? Have you tested that, so that you know exactly where the problem lies?
