My requirement is to pass as many number of values as i can by selecting from a list box in a HTML page. On click of the submit button all the values selected in the list box needs to be collected in a variable separated by commas in the fex file. For Example; I have values 1,2,3,4,5 in a list box and i selected 1, 3, and 5 and clicked on the submit button which calls a fex file. The values passed from the HTML page are collected in a variable as 1,3,5; which is what i wanted.
What is the maximum limit of values that we can pass from a list box and collect the same into a variable in the fex file separated with commas.
Any help is highly appreciated. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,

To get a good grasp of what the answer might be check out the difference between GET and POST form actions in HTML, and also check out the max length of a variable within WebFOCUS.
Both of these will affect what you can do.
