I am coding an excel report with Pivot Table feature (exactly the same report which is given in WF Help, CAR eg). but once have done the coding in Painter and I try to run the report it opens a dialog box for saving .XHT file. Once this is done I get the Internet Explorer Error Dialog Box (asking me to 'Send the Error', or 'Dont Send'). After i click "Dont Send" a blank Excel comes.
What is the problem here?? Where does WF save the PivotTable file (.xht) and PivotTable cache file (.xml)?? (some prob with Location)
I connect to a client environment for creating reports and run the reports on client server.
It is saving somewhere on your local machine. When you click the 'save' button, what directory does it show its saving in?
Maybe this is version specific -you don't list your version. It could also be browser specific, or have to do with your file type association properties (on local Windows box)
