I have enabled resource analyzer in development environment. Whenever a user logs into group or public dashboard. It logs an entry for user in SMQUERY table. its great.

However, when I enabled resource analyzer in production environment, my resource analyzer is not capturing user login information. I have used same DB right as development server. I have same configuration settings. In production resource analyzer only captures information if user runs the report. Both in development & production environment, I am using capture Query and Form. My question is why is it working in development envornment and its not working in production?

No Resource Analyzer users?

Do you have the same monitor preferance set in development and prod. I know we have ours different due to space usage on our repositories.

Yes same monitoriing preferance. I think it has something to do with peoplesoft adapter. Peoplesoft Adapter is installed in development environment for testing. whenever user logs into development envoronment, request is made to PSconfig procedure. I think I need to wait until i enable peoplesoft adapter in production.
