[SOLVED] Error when creating hold files in InfoAssist (8.104)
Hello!

I'm wondering if anyone has come across the error below when trying to create a hold file in InfoAssist. I've tried saving as different file types, but get the same error for all of them; i.e., focus, binary, sql scrip, etc. Thanks.

Luiz

Code: 1015 Type: xPropertiesQuery
unknown error message

Code: -1 Type: xPropertiesQuery
ERROR

Steps to test:

1) Open existing report

2) Select File on the Home tab

3) Change directory, and select file name

4) Click on Save

5) Error when creating hold file format SQL.script

Hi Luiz,

This is a friendly follow-up regarding your question - Error when creating hold files in InfoAssist (8.104)

We have seen this type of error when the Master File Description is not in the path for the report.
Was this an upgrade from a previous version of WF81x?

Tamra,

Yes. We've upgraded from 8.008 to 8.104 and that might be the issue. Thank you!

Luiz,

Thank you for your update on the version of WebFOCUS.

From what I am seeing it is a known issue in WF8103 and WF8104. It has been resolved within WebFOCUS 8.1.05 and has been confirmed by other customers.
