I'm trying to send a PDF from the option of Control Panel an send me this error

(FOC3203) FUENTE NO RECONOCIDA EN FICHERO DE ESTILOS EN LÍNEA: 21

ok,

Yes my portal is in Spanish, I was thinking It is the font but it's arial and the colors are basic..... this ocurrs when I click on OLAP Control Panel to view the report as PDF file

The error message is telling you everything that you need to know.

PDF documents generated by WebFocus use a limited number of fonts unless you explicity add new ones to the configuration.

You either need to change the font that you are using or install and configure the required font in WebFocus.

Take a look at 'PDF font map file entries' in the Dev Studio help
