The Properties window in HTML composer is hidden for one of our users.The same is available for other users.The Properties checkbox in utilities panel is checked.

Have anyone faced something like this before.

It's probably hidden by having a really small size. We've had that a few times and it's "just" a matter of locating and resizing it.

Hasn't happened for a while though, so I forgot the exact procedure.

These days I drag all those tool panels onto another, so that I can access them through their tabs at the bottom. That seems to prevent it.
