I am having an insert statement in my report (SQL Passtru).
When i try to run it from the procedure it works fine and a new row is inserted.when the same procedure is ran from reportCaster i get the message for successful insert.

(FOC1364) ROWS AFFECTED BY PASSTHRU COMMAND : 1/INSERT

But i don't see the row in the table.

try using MODIFY instead or maybe add a commit.

Also, is it still trying to insert into the same DB, is the default connection the same, or have you hard coded the default connection ?
