Carlos DiasPortal timeout
Hello,
We are using webfocus 8.0.0.2. integrated in our system.
It's possible to control the timeout of the system? Right now I have a message error in the portal "Error - Access to item denied" and in the infoAssist "An unrecoverable error occurred".
It's possible to redirect to another page?

RifazFrom the above message, seems like you don't have privilege to access the Portal. Better, check it in Security Center for your ID.

It works fine after login. The problem occurres in a timeout situation. You can see this if you change the timeout value in your webserver.

PeterFYI: timeout issues have been much improved in 8003: when a timeout occures you no longer get random errors regarding rights, but are rather redirected to the login page with a message regarding your timeout...
