| Hi Prarie, Has this issue been resolved? One of our internal resources reviewed this topic and realized that we cannot simply reproduce the issue. This will require more information, such as screen-shots and traces. So the better channel for assistance will be to open a case with Information Builders' Customer Support Services. To open a case, you may either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access the online system InfoResponse at http://techsupport.ibi.com. Here is a list of information to be ready when you call: http://techsupport.ibi.com/before_you_call.jsp. Hope this helps. Cheers, Kerry

| I started thread again, was working on trying to use the import procedure and created the crash. If I used run existing which generates the -include statements, I crash or get the graph but not a readable report. Also have issues getting a parameter passed. before that.

| Thanks...I see it was just not me. I still haven't had time to get a good example to open a case...like with the Car file. | In Focus since 1993. WebFOCUS 7.7.03 Win 2003 |
