I am trying to upload a excel file so user and view/download at dashboard. I have done this many times, but never run into problem. this time the file won't upload. it did not say anything, but just won't do it. the file is 34,769KB. is that why? and is there any limit of size that I am not aware of ? thank you!

Yes, it's possible the file is to big for IIS, Tomcat, WF to upload. I would test with a small file, then increase the file size until it fails. Then you could try opening a Tech Support case.
