Active Report placement inside an iFrame

Hi,
I'm looking for help on the placement of an Active Report inside an iframe. With the Car file it works as expected: tight to the upper left corner. With one of my reports sometimes it works and most times it leaves a gap at the top and left between the top and left of the Active Report and iframe edge.
At one point to get my report to be snug to the upper left corner of the iframe, all I did was change the output format from AHTML to HTML.
If I start with a new HTML page I've been able to get my Active Report to be snug to the top left corner of an iframe if I don't pass and parameters from the HTML. As soon as I accept and pass parameters then the report is offset in the frame. I've tried to run from a button and auto run of the iframe. I can get both to work and both to fail.
Any ideas?
